The purchase of my Omega Aqua Terra from Ron was perfect from start to finish. The service and communication from Ron were A++ He is very well known within the Omega community and for very good reason! Ron is extremely knowledgeable of watches and he took the time to walk me through the features of the AT watch. I highly recommend Topper as a boutique and Ron if you're seeking Omega watches. Overall excellent!!

I have purchased several timepieces, new and used, inexpensive, and not so inexpensive from Topper since 2013 and have always been made to feel like I was their only, best, and most important customer. So it was quite a thrill when I finally had the opportunity to visit Topper in person and meet brothers Russ and Rob as well as Jay and other members of their team. They didn't disappoint and rolled out the red carpet for my wife and I. I found everyone to be professional, sincere, and knowledgeable. Jay even offered a fantastic lunch recommendation, too! My only regret was that I wasn't staying in the area long enough to attend a watch event they were hosting. ? I wound up buying a Grand Seiko SBGA429 while I was there and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

I was searching for a specific piece of jewelry online and ran across Topper Fine Jewelers which had it listed at an excellent price. Living in Louisiana, I contacted the store to verify they had the piece of jewelry in stock. The nice lady that answered the phone took the time to go and look and found it and said it was the last one in stock. I told her that I really appreciated her verifying that for me since I was in Louisiana and that I would be placing an online order as soon as we hung up. I ordered the jewelry and Topper kept me informed of the sale and shipping information via email. It was a quick 3 day shipping which arrived very securely packaged and signature delivery required which is nice. Thanks again Topper for a quick and easy transaction.

Topper is simply the best in the business. I worked with Joseph who answered all of my questions and worked a deal that benefited us both. This was my second larger purchase from Topper, and will be back for a third.

*From Michigan* I’ve purchased 2 used timepieces on separate occasions. Both transactions went amazing. Watches were in better condition than described (in my opinion). Both were shipped immediately, packaged well and arrived in 3-4 days after purchase. I will continue to check here first when looking for a new or used time piece.
