We can say enough great things about TradeMark Pools. This being our 3rd pool builder, they are by far the most professional well organized pool company to work with building a quality pool. What impressed me was how customers oriented they are, it’s all about happy customers. Their design aspect, after support and pool maintenance after care are so impressive it makes them stand out from the other pool builders. Their service manager Steve and technician Mike are extremely knowledgeable and absolutely great to work with, as professional as they come.

What once was great is now trash. I waited nearly FOUR YEARS to write a review as to ensure they had time to make everything right. Once they wanted to do all work in house, now they contract out. They have had 3years almost 4 now to finish making repairs to my pool equipment and I have finally given up. Countless calls have been made, they almost never return a call, so if you don't get what is needed done at that time good luck. Hard issues I had was they did not install all tile for spill over and told me they did, only after I sent pictures did they come out to finish. They made my equipment pad too small and left out equipment I paid for. They pinched cables, had pool/spa heater base actually hanging off the pad ledge all to not re pour my pad. Then once they did re pour the pad(4th time they were to make things wrote over span of many months, which I was out of a pool filter), they didn't shift the pumps over, so still not enough room. I have so many right angles in the pipe system to get this too work its ridiculous. The only thing this place does well is take your money. Save yourself the stress and heartache, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I want to thank Joei in the front office for being so sweet & kind every time I called & also to the cement, plaster, plumbing & electrical crews you guys did an amazing job! My project manager Thomas was very knowledgeable & professional, he always answered my phone calls & every question i had & believe me i had alot of questions.
