I had a great experience getting a new rose ring here and they went beyond what I expected them to. The first nose ring I got ended up being too small, the piercer told me if its too small to come back in. I came back because it was ripping into my nose and inflamed, they saw me without an appointment and took it out. They didn't have the size I needed so they offered me a larger one while they made me a custom sized rose gold ring. I came back again after they texted me it was ready, only took a few dyas, and didn't charge me at all for the custom ring. I went in expecting to pay. The piercer guy, girl and both the owners where super chill and all did more than they needed to. I've only had positive experiences here, highly recommend.

awful, awful, awful! booked an appointment for 1:30pm to get pierced. i waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get in to get pierced. I got so frustrated with waiting almost an hour i got up and walked out. At this point why don’t you guys just do walk ins if you’re not going to honor appointment slots? total waste of time and gas! and “best in slo” is NOT deserved at all!! do not ever go here! i went to SLO piercing instead and got amazing service with quality jewelry. spent my money there happily

I just moved to the area a few months ago, and have already been back to this place twice! I got a helix and a conch piercing from on my first visit, and it was honestly one of the most smooth and efficient piercing experiences I've had, coming from someone with a lot haha. I just went back to get my eyebrows pierced and they are perfect!! Both times Matt was super great about explaining everything as he was doing it, and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it before doing the piercings. They have a big selection of jewelry to choose from, and overall a great atmosphere. 10/10, I will definitely be back for more!
