Oil change on my 2014 Ram. Never had an oil leak. One day later, oil on my concrete. I got under it and saw excessive oil looks like from the filter but getting it check to make sure filter is tight. So, guy checked it and said excess leaked and got on the braces below it. Cleaned it off. Should be good. We'll see.

Travis with Tri-City Jeep is first class! By far the best purchase experience I've had in my Jeep life. Having a salesperson willing to work by email is one thing, having one that is as responsive as Travis is an entire different ball game. First class communications. Made the ordering process a cinch. I drove from Pittsburgh to pickup my Wrangler and it was well worth the 15 hours round trip. My local dealerships weren't even close to his pricing and I got everything I wanted in the personalized ordering experience. You won't be disappointed here. And the closing was super easy with Imran.... no hassles, a few signatures, and out the door! Way to go Tri-City!

I paid almost $1,700 for them to replace motor mounts and a transmission bracket . When getting my car back there was a loud pop in my gear shift when I would put it in reverse and drive . Never had that problem before . No less than two weeks later my car will crank (with a new battery) and the gear shift is hard to pull out of park ! They said this was due to an axle needing to be replaced ! An axle has absolutely nothing to do with my Gear shift locking up and now not cranking and no it is not a starter or anything of that nature . They wanted to charge me $900 to replace a $100 axle . Also wanted to charge $900 to replace one headlight that has the cover broken due to hitting a deer . They will not honor their mistake that was obviously done when replacing that transmission bracket . Have asked for the GM to call us back at least 3 times and we are still waiting . I will NEVER use this place again . They just try and charge you more and more money for things that have nothing to do with the issue at hand . Very poor service . Do not recommend this place for any mechanical repairs . Just to update my review, it was found that the mechanic at Tri City had installed my transmission bracket on backwards ! This left me without a car for three weeks because it would not crank due to the safety sensor for the transmission. This mechanic most likely doesn’t have the proper certification to work here and if so I want to see them and I feel like I am owed some type of refund because I had to pay another great mechanic to fix his mistake ‘ I don’t even want to give one star one star on this review.

Whatever you do, do not shop with this company. I live in Mississippi (12 hours away) and I trusted this company to sale me my dream car, a Camaro ZL1 and this car is/was stout! I was told the car was detailed inside and outside. I paid $1,000 to have the car shipped via 18 wheeler, meaning the car was only driven up the ramp and down the ramp. When I received the car from the carrier, there was subway napkins, random screws, dust all over the dash, and accumulation of crumbs on both the passenger’s side and the driver’s side. I reached out to the salesman Nick and he basically told me I was lying and that’s not how they sent the car to me. I then reached out to the manager of salesman, Steve, and he told that I was lying, screamed obscenities, and then preceded to hang up in my face. Lastly, I reached out to the manager of the dealership, and he did the same! All I asked for was a voucher to have the interior of the car cleaned properly! Upon buying a certified pre-owned car, there’s no way I should’ve received it in that condition! I shouldn’t have to detail it myself as soon as I receive it! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!! There was no reason for me to lie about the condition I received the vehicle in! There was no apology given and I was gaslit by the entire company! Save yourself the headache and never buy your vehicle from here! Just a few photos i took of things I found under the seat.

I made an appointment with this dealership for service and a recall twice and they never did anything to my vehicle. After driving to the dealership I was told there wasn't a technician available to do the recall and was told they'd be there the next Saturday. I made another appointment and was told the same thing after driving to the dealership again for the second appointment. No one ever called to let me know either time no one was available to do the recall. So, they wasted mine and my husband's time because he drove there also to pick me up since I was supposed to drop my vehicle off. I ended up going to Blackwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Kia in Danville. They got me in quickly and actually had someone there that could do what needed to be done. The customer service and service of my vehicle was great.

I have bought many cars and pickups over the years from dealerships in Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and in Japan. Shopped at mega-size dealerships and mom & pop shops. Perhaps just three times in these decades have I thought I got "5 Star" quality sales service; treated right, vehicle fairly priced, neither the salesperson nor the finance trying to upsell me on nonsense items, costs and services. One of these three 5 Star deals was struck yesterday with Tri-City Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Kia in Eden, North Carolina. It's a small town/area dealership I highly recommend if you want to consider any of these car brands. Salesperson Leah Wright was excellent and the finance office was no nonsense and no pressure upselling---exactly what I like. The sales folks at Tri-City are true professionals. If you want to buy a new or used vehicle, I recommend you consider making Tri-City in Eden, NC one of your stops.

I really have had the best customer service from here Jeffrey Jones and Mason Lynch were absolutely the most courtest! They went above and beyond for me, Pamela Howard. The parts guy; (I'm sorry I forgot your name was very nice also, providing me a ride home while I my truck was being worked on . The mechanic that worked on my vehicle Mike Fernette was very thorough and also polite The cashier's as well All in all I must say they truly work as a team to help the customer I will be back for future repairs.
