I visited the showroom with my husband to see the trucks and explorers. I fell in love with a 24 Ford Ranger. My sales associate Kori was so friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all. He showed us the trucks, and then when I wanted one with heated seats, he found the exact truck! He was great with our trade, too! I highly recommend him and the dealership! It is excellent to support locals.

Every aspect of my vehicle purchase from the initial conversation, to driving away from the dealership was first rate. This was my first time at Tri-City Ford, I was told it is a family owned dealership, and it truly felt that way. I found everyone I encountered to be friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. No pressure tactics, easy to negotiate, extremely fair, and just all around good people. The best dealership went to look at a 2023 Dodge RAM my sales guy what's Kory when we got there took the truck for a test drive Kory was so professional explained all about the truck and its features this dealership made you feel like family. Smiley did the paperwork and Jeff make sure everything was going smoothly and gave us the best deal for the trade-in and purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
