Tri-City Kia had a special during March for a wash/wax/detail/engine compartment for any vehicle. Although it was not heavily advertised, Mason mentioned it to us at lunch one day. We went the next day and Mason again, made the appointment, which was a pleasant surprise for the next day. We took the vehicle early the next morning and before lunch received a call that it was ready to be picked up. When I pulled into the parking lot, i drove right past my truck and did not recognize it! The detail of the washing and waxing, as well as the detail work was superb. Inside and out, as well as the engine compartment were like new clean. Service was as advertised and I will definitely do business with again. A+++ I would highly recommend the cleaning services even at the regular price.

From the time I entered the showroom to when I drove off the lot , the whole process was seamless. Everyone who i encountered were cordial and welcoming. Shout out to my salesman, Douglas Garner for going above and beyond with his patience in showing me all around the car and how it worked, and at no time did I feel pressured which is rare considering I was female and shopping alone. I would highly recommend Tri City Kia to anyone. Oh , I can't forget the finance man( so sorry can't remember his name) who took the time and interest in giving me some really sound advice. Thank you gentlemen for making the process so easy.

Like many, the cost of car repairs is a struggle. I paid $1,700 for a catalytic converter for 2015 Soul, worth maybe $6,000. I appreciate working with the service team. They do a good job explaining the pain, and it helps. I am hoping there is no big markup on parts. I understand administrative costs. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

They truly care about you and make sure to recommend only needed services unlike so many other dealerships. They are not the closest dealership to me but will bring my vehicle to them every time due to their service!

I have had a mixed experience also with Tri-City Kia. My last experience was with tires that I had ordered through Tri City Kia. This experience was my final one with them. After having to call to check if the tires had arrived, then having to wait three days for them to be put on, and then waiting three hours in the service area for them to be put on, I told them I would not be back. They were not that busy when I was there and everyone who came in for service after l did left before I did. I have purchased more than one vehicle from their dealership but I have no desire to ever buy another one.

Recently I came in for an oil change. Usually they hand you a check-up sheet after the service so you can see what parts of your vehicle are in good shape and which ones aren't. When they handed me the sheet it was completely blank. With this I assumed that my car was in good shape. This week, it started acting up so I took it to another shop. My brakes are worn dangerously thin and they omitted this information on the page. I don't know if it's new staff on the repair team, but they are NOT doing their jobs correctly and seem to be completely content with sending customers out the door with cars in poor or dangerous condition. They also don't care to keep the inside of your vehicle clean either. My keys, wheel, and interior door were all covered in black soot. They also spilled oil on my engine which caused it to give off a disgusting smoke which made my car stink for days. The price also doesn't reflect the quality of service. $37 for one oil change and laziness. Not coming back. Review your repair team, there needs to be some changes.
