GREAT shopping experience!! Products are stocked and displayed nicely throughout the store. This place has name brand products for a fraction of the price.
They also have an amazing furniture and home decor section to die for.
All staff members are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their products for sale.
I'm a repeat shopper and recommend this place for shopping for the entire family.

This is a total scam! Do not take your clothes there! The people working there are young and careless. They did not communicate properly with me and stole my clothes, claiming they donated them because I was late to pick them up. They give you a paper with extremely small print that contains all their rules. Be careful if you go there to sell your clothes!

Great selection of designer purses and a vast array of women clothing. Very easy to go and try on things with clean cabins with 3 hanging hooks and plenty of rails space in the middle of the cabins areas to hang the discarded clothes. No issue at all with customer service - they were very prompt in showing of the necklaces under the counter, helping to unhook one of the designer purses, putting my stuff aside and checking me out later. Only putting 4 stars because somehow the other location in Ahwatukee had many more discounted stuff than this location.

Stopped in and found a few cool things, but MOST impressive was the employee in the furniture area who was ridiculously courteous and helpful and deserves to be recognized. Give that man a raise!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was standing at the counter with my items for a few minutes and the young woman with black hair finally walked up and then CHECK OUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WASN’T IN LINE BEFORE ME. My total was $50 and they refused to take my $100 because my total wasn’t over $75. Between both drawers they could have easily broken my $100. For the YEARS I’ve been coming here and the Tempe location it’s always miserable employees let alone the owner, which I’ve been believed her to be, is always pissy and rude. She might just be the general manager because she works both locations I visit and SHE IS THE WORST. I’ve been in management for years and have a degree in Business Management and this is downright the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m contemplating never giving my business to this place again just like I have in the past on numerous occasions. I’m tired of ridiculous policies and AWFUL customer service. There are only two people I’ve ever had a good experience with and they don’t work very often. This place went downhill and it’s really sad. I’m not sure if everyone needs a retrain or new employees but this is just ridiculous at this point. I always leave in a worse mood than I came in with and it’s ALWAYS the employees. Cheer up or move onto a different job because customer service is not a good fit.
