I do not recommend this firm. I paid for a consultation with her last fall. I left the consultation with a plan of how I could move forward to utilize her services. I provided the information we discussed a week or so after. From that point forward (9 months later), they have been non-responsive to my repeated emails and voicemails, until recently when they responded to my email requesting a refund of my consultation fee. Of course, I was told that I would not be receiving a refund. Had I known she would not be able to handle executing the advice she gave me in the consultation I would never have scheduled to meet with her. After all, isn't that why one has a consultation with attorney.

We absolutely love them here. They have helped so very much placing our loved ones in a nursing facility and protecting their assets. They take the stress and question of what the right thing to do is out of the equation. Laura is so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Frieda is always on top of everything and is the ultimate go to girl. Gerald’s experience with nursing homes also is an asset he helps with Medicare questions and even how to handle the first day of moving your loved ones. I can not imagine going through everything with out their services and support. If you want someone or a group of people to represent you and your family I would highly recommend Laura and her team at turning point. Thank you all!!

Very relaxed atmosphere and most friendly staff from top to bottom. Norma was awesome! Turns out she was familiar with the situation and knew most parties involved. She even knew my sister-in-law who taught one of her children in the second grade. Most pleased with my experience at Turning Point Legal. As Norma said "welcome to the mountain".

Before you hire her please do your homework. We paid her thousands of dollars and she gave us nothing but bad advice. Never offered to pay us back. She never returned our phone calls. And when she did she would charge us just to talk. She droped us as clients because I'm sure she felt bad about the way she treated us but did we get money back no.

I do NOT recommend this legal services office to anyone. I also do not recommend Attorney Rachel Syx from this law office. I did NOT choose this law firm myself. Other family members chose this firm. We went there on Friday August 5, 2022 and wasted a big part of the afternoon and got absolutely nothing accomplished. Attorney Syx was ill prepared and didn't have documentation on things needed etc. I spent a lot of the time Friday afternoon August 5, 2022 on the phone and email myself getting them the documentation they were paid to get. Finally, today Monday August 8th we finally got things done. By the way don't call their office they take messages but do not return your calls.
I do not recommend this firm or Attorney Rachel Syx for anything. They charge the fees and are ill prepared and don't act like they care.
