I live in Colorado but had plans to move to California. Applied for the Product Manager position and was contacted to interview. Took several phone interviews with Mike and Josh. Things went well and I was encouraged to fly out to meet the team in person. Being so excited about this opportunity, I booked a flight to go out and interview. I also met with Ben and Jessie. I was given excellent feedback, was introduced to the rest of the team and told to follow up at the end of the week. I sent a thank you interview email and followed up at the end of the week to Mike and Josh — no reply. Followed up a few days later — no reply. Sent a 3rd email — no reply. Shame on you for this! Hundreds of dollars and a lot of time was spent on the possibility of this position and you don’t even have the decency to respond to someone after several interviews. The good news is, I now know how you treat people and your style of communication (or lack there of) and know you cannot possibly foster a healthy work environment. I would not recommend applying here.

Poor customer service. No response to emails. Zero effort to stand by their products. No interest in listening to customer concerns to make improvements in their products, operations, or service. How can you trust a team with so much arrogance?
