To Nicole, Julio, Azza. What a day! You all are amazing. 1st of all I was not planning on going to Ulta at all that day, but I had an MRI scheduled nearby and thought with the horrible day I had previously I needes to do something about the dark Louis Vuton bags under my eyes.
I absolutely hate going into these places and have never had a good experience but I figured I'd be in and out quickly.
Nicole saw me in my search and lost mode and came to my rescue with such compassion. My experience soon turned to major haircut from Aziza (fabulous woman and energy and talent). Her compassion too was transformative. She led me to Julio who put his talents to work to turm my frown upside-down. I mean no bag, bright eyes and a radiant face is what he have me.
To you all and everyone else in the store...you contributed to my mental health that day. I will never forget it. Im so very thankful for how you all took care of me. Blessings to you all. That there is raw talent and an amazing lesson on how to make your talents holistic in that they give back to the well-being of other. Stellar!

Initially I had came in on 6/21 for a bow wax and style appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar. I had to reschedule for another time due to getting a laser facial a week prior. Catrina was so kind to reschedule my appointment which was today 6/28. It was my first time at the Benefit Brow Bar. She was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable about new and old favorite brow products. I used to be big with benefit cosmetics back in 2016 and full and fluffy brows will always be my preferred style. Any brow stylist seems to have fun with my brows since it is thick and Bushy. My eyebrows/surrounding skin tend to be irritated and red after I get these services so I wished they provided aloe Vera or some time of moisturizer. other than that, I’ll be back every 4 weeks for waxing.

Staff this morning was rude and not welcoming. Offered zero assistance in guiding me to appropriate product selection. So I had no choice other than to leave without something in hand. I will follow up with corporate office: as this is unacceptable customer service from a business that sells products. It’s like you might well go to target.

I had a great experience at this Ulta Beauty. I love it here. There was a huge selection of makeup, hair products, skin care, heat tools, makeup remover, perfume, nail polish, accessories, lotions, and much more. The employees were nice and helpful. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend taking a visit here.

If you've never visited this store, it's a wonderland of beauty products & very customer friendly staff! I get my hair done here by "Tanellya" and it's always something I look forward to having my hair cared for because I look and feel better after having been under her care. I've referred my granddaughter because she needs to know how to really have someone care for her hair!

Worst place to shop. The staff are so rude and the cashier is talking to costumers so bad like they don’t want to sell anything. I was about to buy an expensive product but the way they treated me made me change my mind. They asked for my phone number and when it is not in the system she told me that I can’t return the product if I don’t put my phone number. How can I not return it while I will have the receipt? I went to Sephora and got same item with great costumer service and good attitude. Don’t go ulta beauty especially this location if you don’t want someone ruining your shopping experience.

Disappointing Booking Experience

I had a hair appointment for my two kids and myself at Ulta Hair, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Initially, I called to book the appointments but received no answer, so I decided to book online on Tuesday. I received a text confirmation with all three appointments showing under "upcoming appointments."

However, my excitement turned to frustration when, earlier today, I checked the schedule and only the 4:30 appointment was listed. I tried calling to clarify the situation, but there was no answer, leaving me unsure of what to expect.

Arriving at the salon for the 3 pm appointment, I was consistently told that only the 4:30 appointment was registered. This isn't the first time my appointments have been messed up, and it's becoming a recurring issue.

The staff member at the salon claimed to have adjusted things to accommodate us at 3:45. Although I agreed, it meant going back home and returning at the later time. The waiting game started at 3:45, and it didn't end well. We were informed that our stylist was almost done with her current client and would be with us shortly. After a 20-minute wait, I was told that the stylist decided to go on lunch break, causing our appointment to be pushed back even further to 4:30.

I understand the need to take care of the stylist, but I couldn't help but wonder why I wasn't informed earlier about the delay and asked to come at 4:30 directly. Proper communication would have saved us time and frustration. We were then put with a different stylist even though we had chosen a specific one.

This experience isn't a reflection of the stylist's skills, but rather the issues with the booking system and management. It's disheartening to face such repeated miscommunication and appointment mishaps. I hope the salon addresses these issues to improve their customer experience in the future.

I made high lights in my hair with Jeniffer. Before the procedure she told me that my hair was not going to break she assured me that I would be careful, but after the process my hair broke all is stained horrible when I brush I fell pieces of hair ,I'm getting desperate, this place has no professional don't trust them!
