Show up for 1:30 appointment. Have all forms ready to go. Explained reported passport stolen already, there is a family behind me for a 1:45. Insists I fill out form for stolen passport even though I have confirmation letter. Fill out form takes 10 seconds, proceeds to help family of color with later appointment first. Honestly I’m never coming back here as I feel that the Indian lady working here is racist and I didn’t feel comfortable..

I was hesitating to come here at first based on other negative comments. However, all I see is a fun working environment and Nancy was super nice and helpful. Speedy service, can't really ask for more!

The people at this post office have a major attitude problem, it's really sad , It piss me off and the thing is I can get one right back ain't gonna let them talk to me like I'm their child for my own package that the delivery driver never tried to deliver and lied and said I asked for it to be delivered to the post office get it together. I would also like to add that I waited on the phone for over an hour as well to get a rude woman on the phone acting like she is in charge of me ma'am have several seats because who you talking to like a fool ? Before I cuss her out I had to just say forget it .

I've owned a home in Roseville, California for over twenty years. The Sierra Gardens location in Roseville, California has by far the worse customer service on the planet. Downtown Roseville is also going downhill. I have not been to Rocklin, California in a while, but they were always nice and professional to me. Lately my USPS packages go from in transit, to out for delivery to pick up at Sierra Gardens (I just drove to Sierra Gardens to intercept the package and they couldn't find it after they sent me a text message that I opted in for stating to pick it up there) then back to out for delivery. It's almost like a new mail carrier cannot find my address. I'm looking into my crystal ball and can see USPS being purchased by someone with deep pockets, sure we'll pay a little more but we will soon start receiving our packages on time like we did many moons ago!

I have mail delivered promptly. Outbound to my nephew in WV. Delivered 3 days and that is off the beaten track. EEs here courteous and helpful. Both counters. Inside & other pick ups in the o/s ring & wait. Heard some disrespectful & nasty customers. The EEs were always patient and courteous. Very hard to do in some cases. They got tested. But all my interactions have been 10. Also help urself stock has always been stocked. That's got to be a task hard to predict.
Great postal people. THANKYou🥂😘☮

I frequently receive other people's mail or other people get mine. This hasn't occurred just once or twice but happens regularly. I live in a house in a residential neighborhood. I always worry when things are mailed USPS because who knows who in my neighborhood is going to get it. For example my updated driver's license was brought to me by someone way down the road. My new debit card was also brought by a different neighbor. I get my neighbors mail almost every time I get mine. When I've tried to call to address this.. no one is available. It's absolutely derelict.

Horrible service at the desk. Sat there in line while they chatted away about the weather and holidays for 20 min then finally get to the front and one smudge on the paperwork she says you have to redo the paperwork and stand in the line that now is out the building.
