Absolutely love Vagaro! I use this booking system for my spa and it does all the work for me. My clients love how simple and easy it is to use. Even my older clients who don't often book online, say this is the easiest platform to book with. The only downside is that it doesn't integrate with other debit machines. They have their own but it is very outdated and small. Overall, they have a fixed fee each month which is super convenient and budget friendly.

Vagaro is a great interface for service providers! The program is very intuitive, easy to get a hang of, and includes so many features that other programs charge extra for. Like any platform or tech there is the occasionnal glitch, but for the most-part it is seamless and incredibly easy to use.

I really love this app and software program. I have a lot to learn and so far there are only a few things I have given feedback about. But my FAVORITE part is the amazing customer service. I can call and speak to a HUMAN and the humans speak clear and easy to understand english. Hallelujah!! That's what I'm talking about. Please don't ever change that Vagaro!!! The other aspect I love about this program is all that it offers. I was searching for something that can take care of my multiple layers of income streams and things I offer under one roof. I love the personalized notifications I can send to my clients. The marketing platforms. And all the classes/services I can offer without too much headache for my clients. I am thrilled to have found Vagaro and see myself being a client for many years to come. Especially if they keep improving, then the sky is the limit!
