The worst. Only 1 cashier who is going painfully slow with a line 12 deep. They finally open a second line. I get to front only to buy gift cards and she tells me to go back to other line. I tell her I wont buy them if I need to go back to other line. She says, fine, and doesnt sell me gift cards. Awful customer service. Never going back and will dissuade anyone from going.

This location used to be great, but once management changed a while back, it was never the same. Now the store is always unkept and dirty, and a hit or miss on pricing. I recently went back here and the store is stuffed with so much now that Halloween items are out, but it's also making it very unorganized and messier. And the employees were not friendly, there were many people working on the floor but only one person at the register going very slow and 5 of us in line. They said they would not call another person to help. The manager came to help someone with a return and then would leave and not help the long line situation. Not to mention they are charging for bags starting August. So between the messiness of the store and the long lines, it makes going to this location not worth it.

Do you think that this is fair for a company who is given merchandise to try and charge twice the retail price for an item Goodwill store at Val Vista and Warner think that this is totally acceptable. After bringing it to the manager's attention she told me that that's just the way it is, that's how Goodwill does business.

February 5th, grand opening. Understandably more people than normal at a Goodwill but still under control. Wide center aisle but once you get to the back area of hard goods and shelving it changes drastically. Very close quarters and definitely not social distancing followed. They packed the store but I did notice about a 20% increase in pricing. Once this grand opening is over, then they'll do the discount color tags as normal. I'll wait till then.

I love this goodwill because they always have great items! Something for everyone. Just the other day I bought $14 in books that would have been valued at well over $100. The staff was very nice and the cashier who rang me out was a sweetheart.

I've come here a few times ever since they opened and I've been really unimpressed each time. Very average goodwill with really low quality women's clothing- probably the worst in the area. Almost all fast fashion (SHEIN, Forever 21) with a ton of horrible graphic tees like "don't talk to me until after I've had my wine!!". Nothing of actual quality, and the few nice pieces they do have are quite expensive. Same for the men's stuff, in my experience. Seems like the people shopping here are also low quality because there's always a lot of unwanted clothing thrown on the tops of the racks instead of being hung back up. If you're looking for some hidden gems, just skip this location.

It's been twice we noticed they change their tags when the color reaches half price or $2 dollar! That's cheating customers who want to pay less since you overprice their donations esp the big stuffs. PLS DO NOT CHANGE YOUR COLOR TAGS ! That's unethical! I will email and inform your corporate unless you guys include that in your P&p.

This location in Gilbert has a lot of nicer things compared to the one at the Islands. Although today I went with my husband and daughter as we were out and about and my daughter found a stuffed llama, she was fussy and did not want to let it go so I took the tag off and gave it to my husband to bring up to the register. A snobby teenage boy was working at the register and told my husband I couldn’t take the tag off without having the item up at the register, I have had no issues at other locations when going with my daughter taking the tag off and giving it to the cashier. Then he proceeded to take a SHARPIE and WRITE THE LETTER R ON THE EAR OF THE STUFFED ANIMAL AFTER I PURCHASED IT! No explanation, nothing. Now the Sharpie will not come out of the stuffed animals ear even after washing it. Called and spoke to the manager about it and she couldn’t have cared less. Would he write in Sharpie on a t-shirt someone purchased at the register? I don’t think so. Totally uncool.
