Coffee enthusiasts beware! As with other posts, the pricing on the coffee advertised was almost double when charged at the register. I paid close to $25 for two mochas!

Not even sure if the coffee is actually 'organic' or not! The true transparency of this local establishment is in question.

I feel Cafe 4 is a much better option.

The menu and what the owner rings up are completely different. I asked for an ice latte seeing the $6.95 listing on the menu expecting the most regular normal drink any coffee shop would have. I wasn’t asked if I wanted more espresso shots or told anything about what was going in the drink and it rings up as $12.25, absolutely absurd. Maybe it was quality beans but I couldn’t taste a difference especially compared to reasonably priced artisanal coffees I have tried around the world. My main issue is the lack of transparency and scam-like feeling where if I didn’t question the charge I would’ve been way over paying for a regular coffee. This felt like a fever dream and I’ve never had such over priced regular coffee before. Never again.

I really enjoyed this place. First time here. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere inside feels so cozy like walking into a a Gilmore girl's coffee shop or a coffee shop inspired by a woodsy cabin feel. I ordered a scone and gingerbread latte. It was good, not too sweet which is what I prefer.

Love this shop through and through. The owner helps out in the shop and makes this little place very local. Owner greets everyone and makes regular customers feel like a regular. New customers feel welcomed and always want to come back to visit. Quality drinks and food meets expectations. Vibe is so nice to chit chat with friends or just to chill out from a long week. Parking is minimal but there are free street parking. Always enjoy Vincent (the owner) showing great quality work ethic.

Prices higher than even the airport. Over $10 for a regular size vanilla latte with two shots. Price would be even higher for an iced latte, so they made it warmish so it could be poured over ice…? Without asking. Drive the extra half mile to any other coffee shop.

$14 for a 16 ounce iced latte with oat milk! Absolutely absurd! I drink lattes everywhere I go and this was a double the price for what? Pump syrup and oat milk? Will definitely not be returning for the most expensive coffee I’ve ever had and definitely not the best coffee. Buyers beware!

Nice coffee shop in Castro Valley - the store has a bunch of really nice photographs, and tea and coffee gear for sale.

They serve a bunch of different types of coffee & tea drinks & pastry - the cashier was super helpful and answered the questions we had before we placed our order.

The coffee experience was ruined by the owner. He charged double for my girlfriend and I to have a cup of coffee. Yes it was good. The woman behind the counter made a tasty cup but when I asked about the $27 price tag for 2 cups I was yelled at! Never again.
