Friendly staff, daily specials. Only reason for 4 stars is sometimes debit card reader won't work (with certain credit unions I'm told) and after buying a particular battery the cartridge that connects to said battery seems to always be out of stock.

I bought a cartridge with a huge bubble like someone had it took like 8 blinkers and returned it. I waited 20min for an exchange and the male manager said "just flip it upside down" lol gross

Im really frustrated with this specific locstion I used to love coming here I'd rather drive a little further and go to Lindsay, it seems like the customer care in the industry is dead I miss when the tenders weren't all uptight trying to get you on your way I like asking questions and looking and it seems like such a burden for these people to do their jobs. Today I went in and asked for a specific strain and got the wrong kind which is also my fault I should've double checked before I left since my cashier was more concerned with singing whatever song they had playing and also like to add I live in fresno so it's not like I can just drive back real quick and fix it

Fast and very Friendly service. The place was very clean and well organized and has lots of inventory to choose from. And if you're a newbie like me, they have awesome Budtendars to help you figure out the best options for you.

My only confusion was that I thought they were closed because there are two buildings with Valley Pure on it with a competing company in between (that I almost went to instead). However; at the last minute I noticed another Valley Pure that was open. Just a heads up, you want the one that is furthest west.
