Worst experience when all I am doing is picking up a phone I have bought online. Been waiting 6+ hours for someone to push a button so I can get a notification that my phone is ready for pick up. I will never shop here and will never recommend anyone do

Worst experience that I have ever had with a phone retailer. Sales person didn’t know anything about the phones they have that they sell. Sold me a “accessory bundle”, I’m a new customer to Verizon, purchasing the s21ultra so thinking it’s an expensive phone comes with expensive sales tax. I paid 260 out the door, looking at my receipt was their complementary “accessory bundle” for 150 of the 260. Which was not told to me. The sales person explained it in a way that the bundle was something they provided when you buy a new phone. I hadn’t even walked out the store yet and they tried to argue with me about refunding my money. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I received a phone call stating my phone had been delivered and just come in and pick it up. So I get to the store. Wait for an hour while they help other customers only to be told (when it’s my turn) that my phone didn’t arrive. Also told I was given misinformation from Verizon corp and fed ex corp. got on the phone with Verizon corp and fed ex only to find out it was signed for and now I have to open a ticket to investigate where the missing phone went. So disappointed.

horrible retailer. caught them in a lie twice. they upsell you like no other . check online pricing for phones then check theres out. on top they hit you with two activation fees and they said it was 50 dollars tax on a 200 dollar phone... so it was going to cost me around 380 dollars to turn this phone a samsung j3 and checked out online pricing and the phone is no more 100 dollars some being much cheaper and keep in mind BRand new as well not used. the lady helping me was multitasking while talking to a friend on the phone... she wasted my time then i asked her if she even had this phone in stock and the went on to say she had go drive and pick it up ..? did not make sense.., and she never bothered to even tell me that. so she just assumed that i was going to sit around another hour and wait for her to pick up a phone horrible experience . the only postive i can say is that this store is a little bit better than Oakdale store. they are a disgrace.

I just feel like the employees are talking about us because when I look at them they seem to act like they weren't looking at me and just stopped talking and look the other way. Feels uncomfortable and I just hope I'm not the only one who knows this. I hope there's others who know that the employees their are talking about us and looking at us making us feel uncomfortable.
