Hired this company for a box cover illustration for a game. I was a little cautious at first but I was assured that they had a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied, so I paid my money.

Initial sketches were nothing at all like I had explained. Worked with them for several weeks, it was always the same. Get a drawing, give feedback, a week or so later get almost the same drawing, rinse and repeat. I told them I was very unhappy with the progress and I wanted my money back. I was promised that a new team would be put on the project. (Why was the old team even working there?) The first illustration with the new team was promising, but the process just dragged on and on.

I had spent months and still hadn't had anything close to a completed project. I finally ran out of time and canceled the project and requested my money back. I was told I would only get a partial refund, and when I pointed out that they promised 100% money back I was told they would send an email to someone in charge. After a month and no refund, and after several prompts I was told the money was sent and I should have in a couple days.

That was last month, and still no money. They have stopped responding to my queries at the point, so I'm counting their guarantee as worthless and the money gone.

Do not do business with this company, especially if you have ANY kind of deadline. Service was slow, work was poor for the most part, and they are dishonest with you, which is a deal killer for me in any situation.

****** READ THIS REVIEW FIRST (don't let them try to have "friends" make fake reviews to dismiss this)............Terrible! Don't let the cheap cost entice you. Once they sell you with false promises, get ready for an unprofessional experience and poor quality stock graphics (not quality custom images). Not worth the time or energy. It took me months to get the "project manager" to transfer me to his manager, Ben Rogers, to discuss my disappointment both in quality, timeliness, and professionalism. Guess what? He blew off our scheduled meetings, refused to talk on the phone. We ended up cancelling before we even verified character sketches. Yet, they have not given me a refund nearly 6 months later. I continue to follow up and they keep trying to string me along with promises of a refund coming. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else!

Horrible experience. Slow working. Illustrations were not anything like what I asked for. For the sake of getting the project done, I just went with what was done. I finally gave up after multiple attempts to have basic text changed. They couldn't even copy it correctly. Multiple attempts to correct BASIC English with no success. I just wanted one book for a birthday present and I have nothing but an email with a notepad attachment. Don't waste your money. Days and days would go by with no one working on it and then if you sign in they will send you an email. I finally asked it I could fix the text myself. They said, yes, but only if you are happy with the project. Well, no I am not happy with the project but you couldn't fix the text so what was I supposed to do? Then after they say yes you can change the text , it turns out it is only if you have all these programs. Complete waste of money.

Scammers. Did not complete the work in a timely manner, work was sloppy, refused to give me refund, then eventually agreed but never gave me the refund. Now they say they refunded me (though they haven't). This has been going on for more than a year of back-and-forth. Run away.

They promised quality illustrations in a timely manner. It's been over three months have gotten 9 illustrations out of 19 requested so far and had to revise 5 of them numerous times, because their artists don't seem to understand even with physical examples what I want. Asked for a refund now being ignored. Horrible service

So team of creative people at vox illustration deserves a raise for sure. Incredible concepts and timely delivery. The only thing to consider is pricing, ask for the coupon code or any discount. Other then that, the creativity and design concepts are excellent.
