We have installed FriendMedia in every room in our Med Spa to increase cross selling. It is invaluable to us now. We no longer have a waiting room to promote products and services. Also, we have so many services and in a single consult it's impossible for a provider to talk about them all. So happy with they're media player! Perfect for customizing and displaying video loops as well as our various social media accounts. No more having to deal w/ DVDs. What's helpful also is if there's a company's video FriendMedia doesn't have in their digital library, you can easy get a hold of someone to help you upload the video. We love the info banner option to promote our specials while patients are waiting in our lobby, and organizing and updating our playlist is made very user friendly and easy. Overall it's an aesthetically pleasing, productive, and effective product. Would highly recommend!

Friend Media has been a game changer for our medical spa! We use it on all of our tv's in every room, and we constantly receive feedback that patients love watching the videos from our waiting room. This has absolutely paid itself off with the amount of add-on sales we receive from patients who came for botox but suddenly want the non surgical face lift that the video spoke about! Great customer service and IT department as well!
