Ordered an item. Wanted it delivered to my son’s address. Walmart sent it to an address I have not lived at in 10 years even though that item was deleted from my account 10 years ago they still store addresses without consent. Will not cancel order and basically told me go sit in front of a strangers house and wait for the order.

I placed an order online nov 1 to have my groceries delivered cause I had knee surgery, my order was canceled and money was never refunded. You'll are saying I have to wait ten days to get my money refunded to feed my family. I have two children a husband myself and a dog. How can you hold $545.02 from my family. What am I suppose to do when the state asks why I can't feed my family we have no one to rely on but ourselves. You took our grocery money for the entire month. We work for a living we don't receive assistance from anyone. Now I have to ask for help from the state and possibly have a child protection service officer issue me a case. Cause Walmart can't issue a refund in 24 hrs or faster.

After our Vizio 75" TV arrived this afternoon ($1198). The outside bix was a 85" Hisense TV, I asked the delivery driver what the deal was, and he said they re-boxed it. Hmm, that gave me a red flag straight away. Delivery driver left after helping me inside with it, I am a senior citizen, I opened the top of the first box and looked inside, the vizio box seemed damaged at the bottom. So after further investigation, the vizio box and the TV were destroyed. So what I don't understand is, this TV came from Walmart Pendergrass distribution center Georgia. So why would they hide a destroyed none functioning TV in a 85" Hisense box, knowing what the outcome was going to be! Let's hope the right people investigate and come up with the correct answer?

This is my 3rd time that my order has been delayed 1st time it was delayed 4 days and order was transferred to 3 different store I had just had heart surgery so I was unable to drive 2nd time it was only delayed 2 days and went to 2 stores 3rd time going on 3 days still no order but excuse after excuse such as the person who had my items car broke down sho took stuff back to store someone else was going to bring them but know one did, today's excuse is the driver that had my order had emergency took everything back to store still no order I have orders missing stuff to getting only 1/2 the stuff even have had to go to neighbor's home to get my order and I found my order by looking at pictures they took when they dropped off order so could see address. I came to see the the walmart stores in stockton california only have 1 delivery driver's and the mgrs that can't take control and do delivery's, this is how you are treated at the stores there at a store you can stand in aile for 30 to 35 minutes and so many people pass you ask you "need help" then they just forget you, like they never talked to you so I get the ladder myself get what I need and not one person said a word and yes they seen me and still no help even when I did 2 weeks ago with my broken arm. There are so many people walking around doing nothing, mgrs walking around like they are something special

I do online orders every month and every time the items are either damaged or this time one had been used and half of the items that were included were missing. An 11 piece set only had 4 pieces. Ruined a little boys birthday.

Place an order on line for a mattress that has a 99 day return policy Walmart won’t get anyone to come pick it up fedex came and said it has to be in a box! And now they said they won’t refund me or return it

Twice I have had my deliveries stolen from me.
The first one was for $47.33 for dog food, puppy pads and dog shampoo. The 2nd time was today. Order laundry soap 17.99, dryer sheets 7.99 and 4 cases of water. But only got two cases. And not to mention my son watched the gu show his wife our laundry soap and kept it. And now I cannot get a refund from Walmart for either of these orders. All because they said we got the order. LIES. no we did not get the first I NEVER signed for my order. But when asked Walmart to provide proof that I signed for it. I never got the proof. They said the proof is in the app. It is not in the app. I didn't receive nothing of proof in the app.
So I'm out 47.33 for my dogs stuff. Kudos Walmart. You've stolen from me too. Now I can't have my money back for the guy who stole from me this morning. So stealing is now okay Walmart. I'm filing a police report. I'm disabled and I'm on a fixed income. I have ittle to no money each month to live my Son help take care of me. This is unfair that my money gets stolen and you do nothing about it. I'm an honest woman I have nothing to lie. I tell the truth. If an item is missing it's missing. Why would I lie. Please explain. But while your trying to figure out how to explain that. I need my money back. Plain and simple. Do not use Walmart delivery their drives are thieves.
