I was working webwizards on a freelancing project for a custom operating system for my company. The communication was terrible and the developer billed us for work that wasn't complete. Once confronted, their work became very poor and they ended up blocking our access to our own products that they were creating for us. Take your time and look for a better company. This company will leave you hanging. I promise, please, as a concerned customer, stay away from this company.

UPDATE: after two weeks of back and forth with Upwork, the freelancing platform we used to hire Bart, Bart declined their resolution and now we will have to pursue a refund using our own attorneys since Bart will not cooperate. Upwork even pointed out that we provided PROOF that he didn't complete the work that he billed us for. Pictures included are Upwork's dispute resolution recommendation and my $22k web application still not working since the new developers we have hired have so much work to redo.

Bart and his team at WebWizardsUSA were very professional and easy to work with. I found WebWizardsUSA through Upwork. Finding freelance on Upwork can sometimes be a bit of a gamble, and I am so lucky to have connected with Bart! Between the weekly meetings, working with a project manager, using a project management tool (for communication and timelining), I never had to worry/wonder if my tool was being worked on, or worry that it maybe was being worked on, but differently than I wanted because of communication. The back and forth communication was excellent (google docs, zoom meeting, emails, illustrations, etc.) and prompt. The original contract was only for about 150 hours, but I have been so impressed and happy with the work Bart and his team has done, the contract has extended 10x, and I have successfully and happily worked with them for over a year! Bart and his team worked on building an LMS for my business and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to build an LMS tool. Coming from a background in education, I am new to the CS/programming realm, and they made the experience extremely easy. Anyone who works with WebWizards won't be disappointed!
