Brett has provided my family with a great product but has gone above and beyond and actually represents us. I have never been so grateful for an insurance agent. She is professional and personable and incredibly thorough. By far THE BEST

They did a great job getting a better rate for me. Because of Breanna, I’m now paying the same amount for (even better) coverage on three cars that I was paying for one car with my previous insurance company. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

Hands down the best insurance agency to work with! Deanne has been our agent for several years now and provides the absolute best customer service and solutions for every policy need we throw her way! When Deanne isn’t available and we need something right away, any of the other ladies in the office can provide us with the same excellence and quality support that our girl gives us! They were great when we first became a customer in 2023. Getting meaningful feedback during renewal time on competing home and auto options both in 2024 and 2025, is next to impossible. Recently, no reply at all to our last-minute reach out, as premiums were due NOW. So we stuck with the same insurance company for nothing other than no comparisons were presented. Not sure what's happening, but they went from 5 to 1 stars in 24 months. Will definitely look for another broker to serve our needs.

I have been with this company for a couple of years, and trying to get in touch with them has consistently gotten harder and harder. Trying to update my policies has been a process that used to take a couple days and now literally takes weeks! Recently left a voicemail inquiring about a policy change requested a couple weeks ago and I can’t even get a call back. Pretty frustrated with their recent customer service for a company that seems like it should be more of a ‘small-town do anything to earn your business’ situation

I highly recommend Webb Insurance. They have went above and beyond for me not only on my personal insurance, but for others i have referred to them. Needed insurance on my golf cart at my lakehouse in Cleora. Decided to call because of their high rating on Google. Turned out to be a good decision.
