I’m giving three starts only because the first year of having this service was good. After that year and it’s been down hill from there. Updates to websites takes weeks to do, they don’t fix grammar and spelling on their own they have to be told to do what they should use common sense if I send something that is a mistake, or if they make a mistake. My last request for updates was sent June 18 and still no update on my website. Constantly having buyers telling me features aren’t working. Cannot follow directions. I’ll be finding a new company. If you are a breeder this company is not a good fit.

WebCreations.US just completed a very needed redesign and technology update of my website. Paul and Maria listened to my goals, provided options for achieving them, and then made the creative changes needed to meet my goals. Most remarkable however, the turnaround was very impressive. I gave them my goals for the site and they sent me options for the redesign. The concept phase took only a couple of days and after that all the changes were made in one day, unless I sent them in on a Friday, in which case I received the changes back by Monday morning. Every aspect of the contract was fulfilled professionally. There was never a “I can’t do it.” And their replies were efficient. I put my requests in a numbered list and their replies were in bold at the end of each numbered item. A very helpful way of doing business. They did not try to confuse me with words or ignore my concerns. Finally, the design part was the easy part. The backend technology is the real unknown. Paul and Maria had patience with me; I am mean patience. My knowledge of web design and technology is very low. Again, I told them how I wanted my data arranged and they made it happen. Again efficient communications by stating the request with a “done,” and how to find check for the changes, which is all I needed to know. I highly recommend WebCreations.US.

I can safely say and deeply appreciate Nina with the outstanding service and the above and beyond work ethic. Working with her on my company website and aftercare of my website goes beyond words.
