I visited Werkshop after reading several positive reviews online, especially to get a spoiler installed on my car. The installation process involves drilling into the trunk, a task I preferred professionals to handle. Andy, the representative, initially quoted an estimated price range of $320 to $400.

However, upon completion of the job, I was informed that the task took an additional half hour due to the complexity of drilling through multiple trunk panels. This increased the total cost to $480. While a 20% price hike might not be substantial, the real issue here was the surprise in cost at the checkout.

I believe in paying for quality work, and I would have appreciated a heads-up about the change in cost as the work progressed. This would have helped manage my expectations and not feel blindsided.

The quality of the installation itself is ok, and there's no complaint there. It's just that better communication about cost adjustments would enhance the customer experience.

Werkshop is probably one of the best auto shops in the area. They provide auto repair and paint protection/detailing - a one stop shop for your needs. Every time I reach out with questions, they are quick to respond and provide accurate pricing that is fair. I would recommend this shop anytime. They will take care of you and your car. Trust is a big factor when you look for a shop - stress free and you know you’re getting quality work.

Werkshop has been my go to for service, modification, advice, and help with my WRX. Andy has always treated me with respect and given me good advice, what is worth spending money on, what parts are good or bad from what brands, and helped me after I've messed up installs. 10/10 would recommend

Been going to Andy for about two almost three years, went to their original shop in south SF and now there larger spot in Burlingame.

Great organization and great service. along with that, upfront understanding of work to be performed and to be performed in the future. My Legacy GT wagon has greatly benefited from the servicing there. Highly recommend!

Trustworthy. Honest. Clear. Passionate. Knowledgeable. I've been going to Werkshop since 2018? 2019? (when they were in SSF). Initially, I was very intimidated to go to Werkshop, only because I feel like my car (a Nissan Sentra) was no racecar, luxury fancy car, or any modified car, I felt like I just didn't fit their customer profile. I went and made an appointment anyway HAHA, for an oil change, I'm so glad I did. I was truly impressed with the thoroughness and customer service that Andy provided. Never have I had an experience where the auto shop would break down everything for someone like me who is a car illiterate to understand the process. Andy and Wyman's team has taken care of my cars from minor to major fixes, and just recently, PPF and ceramic coating, and I trust them wholeheartedly! I'm glad I'm taking my car to a place where they're passionate about making your car looking good and being safe! I highly recommend Werkshop!

Replaced my clutch on my 350z here and they did a good job. I had a problem with my rear main seal as well and Andy took care of it not long after. Really appreciate this shop and will be coming back again, they do good work! When you come back to pic up your car Andy sits you down and explains everything they did and goes in depth, they after very transparent and treat you well here. Will definitely be coming back!
