West County Net recently helped me to revive and update my old website. I am a visual artist and they took my misfunctioning old website and updated and simplified it so now it is sparkling and working just as I would like it to. They were patient in working with me and diligent in getting the website to function as I needed it to. The follow up training were very helpful and allows me to edit and work on my website myself. They were so helpful and capable I decided to have them host my website so I will know it will be easy to have them help me if needed in the future. I would them recommend them.

I definitely would not recommend West County. I was noticing a drop in leads for my business and traffic to my site. I had my accounts audited by another agency to see they were wasting money driving irrelevant clicks and my SEO was in decline. When I let them know I was going to try a new agency, this is where I noticed their unprofessional behavior. They started ignoring my calls and emails, would not grant me access to properties that were mine. For all the money I have given them over the years, this is not how I was expecting them to treat me.

Where to start? I can’t begin to say enough good things about West County. I work in marketing with the CPA firm Shea Labagh Dobberstein and every member of the team at West County has been an absolute joy to work with.
