Formal Agile Web Studio's New company. I had a terrible experience with X-Agile Web Studio members, namely Alex Martin, Tyler Scott, Ben Clark, and others. Their names are not pseudonyms for a reason; they are genuinely associated with the business. Unfortunately, they changed the company's name likely due to Agile Web Studio's tarnished reputation.

My ordeal began when I hired them to handle various projects, including the development of my app. They promised to update my app within a 10-week timeframe, but over a year later, there was no progress, and they disappeared with all the payments I had made. It was a nightmare situation, and they even held my websites hostage for several months to avoid legal consequences.
Thankfully, I sought assistance from a domain company specialist who helped me regain control of my websites to re-build. It's crucial to do your due diligence before entering into any contract with them. Check their company registration in any state and ensure they have a legitimate IRS company record. If you can't find this information, it's a red flag – don't engage with them unless you want your dreams to be stolen as well. These individuals are nothing but thieves and scammers. Be cautious! This is my honest account of the situation, which I am sharing to warn you against being in my shoes.

I see this is Agile Web studio's new company scam name...unreal these guys are still operating legally...anyways...my experience with them is as follows...

In April 2022 I started working with your company to develop a mobile application app for an idea I had. After speaking with Abdul Ahad (aka "Jeff Luke") he convinced me to sign with your company to bring my vision to life. He assured me that I would receive a fully functioning app, a registered Business LLC, high quality functioning website as well as built-in features relevant to my app's category.

After working 4-5 months with "Tyler Scott" and "Alex Martin" I was somehow passed off in July, 2022 to one of the affiliate companies, Agile Web Studios in San Jose, California. Tyler and Alex have another "company" called "THE MR WEB" (beware of them too).

I have not heard from either Tyler OR Alex since last July, 2022...not even an acknowledgment or heads up that I was being handed off or with any further detail.

Since then, it has been one of the most frustrating, stressful and unreliable experiences I have ever had working with any business. Many of the things I was promised from the very beginning before investing almost $15,000 of my own personal savings into this idea have not been delivered on.
- My app doesn't load half the time OR the content on it
- It is riddled with spelling mistakes
- The Business LLC registration has never been sent to me
- I've never seen a contract or formal invoice
- Website isn't a functioning website, but rather a basic dashboard system.
-Did not providing me with back-end info (source code-SSH) that I own and paid for last year.

It has been just awful. They are unreliable, unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. Changes that he assures me will take 2-3 days at most sometimes take more than a month to see.
I
have never been sent a contract or a formal invoice, and they continue to underdeliver. When they do finally respond, it's like speaking with incompetent toddlers.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE FAKE REVIEWS! Their names aren't even their real names!
Just an awful experience - worst company to get into business with! Avoid at ALL costs!

Web Western Studios is a fake web designer company. They truly believe in faking it til you make it. But instead of faking it and making it work, they want to blame you for their incompetent and arrogant customer service.

I have been trying to work with them since April. They promised me a website with short term rental synchronization with AirBnB and Vrbo and we are still arguing about the fact that they haven't truly synchronized the calendars. In addition, every step of the way, instead of listening to our needs for a website, they have chastised and belittled us on our lack of knowledge on web design. Here's the thing I don't need to know about web design. That is their expertise. But what I do know is that what they provided isn't user-friendly and what they showed us still doesn't provide booking capabilities. When I asked them to show my partner on how to use it. They flaked on the first scheduled appointment and today's second appointment, they couldn't get their audio working. They claim to have 100% satisfaction or a refund guaranteed but I've been asking for a refund since a month ago and instead of honoring their claims, they are simply wasting our time and their time with their lack of experience in the short term rental website industry. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH WEB DESIGNERS EVER!!!

They will upsell you take your money and never finish your project.These guys came from another company that went belly up and out of business from doing the same thing That company was called Design Crocx. Stay away from this company!!!! Once you figure them out they will go start a new company and do the same thing over and over again it's a scam!!!🤨
