Expensive and poor service. I was happy to find no line there on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I explained to the guy that I needed the interior cleaned of dog hair. He pointed to the price board, and I made a selection. This is what the back of the Rovers interior looked liked....now I know why there was no line. The positive was the rims looked nice.

Went there December 12th with a week old truck. Believing they know what they're doing. Nope, it's not a brushless car wash even though it appears to be. Guy in the back uses a broom brush from a soapy, dirty water bucket and begins to shred your car. I didn't make it out the doors in time as I heard the brush dinging against the paint job. Black truck, good job guys now I have scratches. Also purchased their top tier wash. It's raining today and can tell no rain x on the windows. Beware if you like your car to look new.

Went to get my car washed Thursday 2/22/24. I had left my haircutting scissors (I had a client that day) on the backseat floor in a box. Forgot they were there. They finished cleaning my car and I went to look for my scissors the next day to bring them inside. They were gone. I looked all over my car, inside glove box, trunk and under seats. Gone. So they have thieves working there. My fault as I forgot they were in my car still. Lesson learned.

This place is super expensive! I paid for a complete carwash, but received what amounted to the most minimal basic very ordinary wash! However they charged more for that single wash than what I pay for a very extensive ceramic all over, under, inside and out, monthly plan in Atlanta. I drive a very pristine Maserati Quattroporte but they took care of my car like it was an old used Datsun! They seemed upset when I showed them the interior and asked if they'd actually vacuumed or wiped down anything at all. The tires were barely shined, rims were still extremely dirty, and here's the kicker........while going through the wash it severely scraped and gouged both driver side rims, yes for real! Can I prove it, no, but this car had (and the key word is had) no scratches, dings, marks, or any other scrapes before entering their wash. It still irks me to this day about the whole ENTIRE experience! I will never ever spend my money there again!!! And I hope you heed a warning about spending yours because this is a real and extremely sincere review! AND YES I WILL CONTINUELY UPDATE THIS REVIEW SO THAT IT STAYS UPFRONT AND ABOVE FOR ALL TO READ AND ABSORB!

I purchased multiple car washes just before Covid with no time limit costing over $150. When i went there the manager said the business was under new management and they dont honor the previous companies pre-paid card packages. So they wouldnt give me back the card and made me pay for the wash... BAD DECISION for any local business to do to people. TOTALLY SUCKS!!! The was so ok.
