They have good prices and very good quality merchandise. If you need flyers , posters, billboards, banners, business card, this is the place that will get it done. They have a fast turnaround around rate as well.

Worst customer service went in to get a dozen shirt that I specifically ask for a Us Flag and didn't put it. Also was missing a Shirt got 11 instead of 12 . Call to see if I can get a discount for the mistakes but refused to do anything about it. Not recommend at all.
Referring to Mike's comment I never ask for anything free to begin with because I paid you in FULL . Now that you want to misinform the public ,I will tell my complete experience that I had doing business with you.
I went in on June 12th then talk to you ( Mike) after explaining what I wanted and was written down by you at the same time you told me that in TWO DAYS you will contact me through Email AND THE JOB WOULD BE DONE BY THE NEXT WEEK. The TWO DAYS WENT BY and I didn't receive any EMAIL NOR A CALL LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE SHIRTS I Had TO CALL YOU,IN ORDER TO KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS , the response I got from you was that you were going to have the design ready for the next day, next day came by and nothing not even a call to let me know . I called again and ( Mike) answered the phone and I ask again about what was happening then your reply was something to the effect of ( WE ARE WORKING ON IT) then the first Email I receive from you with the FIRST DESIGN WAS ON THE (JUNE 22) (8 DAYS) TO GET A DESIGN INSTEAD OF THE TWO (2) DAYS PROMISE. THEN AFTER MULTIPLE EMAIL EXANGES TO get the lettering right , He (Mike)for some reason continue to send me the one correction but kept going back on the other mistake. Then after the last email sent by him on (June 2 ) with the correction from a (window to Windows) by again put back (Services back to Service) that I had previously told him on an email that that's not what I wanted. That same day he call me to ask me if I approve the design in order for them to print it, and my response was that the sample look good but I specifically told him about the (Services that he put back to Service) to what his response was that the sample he sent me was only for the (Window to Windows) change and that they already had the (Service to Services) after hearing that from Mike my reply was if that's the case go-ahead and print Now that the shirts are printed It say Service NOT SERVICES WHICH IS WRONG BECAUSE THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
I Guess COSTUMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR HIS COMPANY INCOMPETENCY.

I ordered two shirts on a Tuesday. I paid in full. I was told my shirts won't be able til friday after 4 pm. They still weren't ready. They rushed my shirts on Saturday and didn't do everthing I asked. Did a half job. I will not be returning to this place. I prefer to do my business elsewhere.

Refering to Mo Mendez comment Just to clarify 4 proofs were sent and he still failed to review them correctly, came in the store and demanded we fix after he approved the proofs (4 times) never counted shirts before he left and now claims one is missing after our staff counted them. He then demanded a discount after the company said we would even replace the shirt. His US flag was never charged to the invoice because he failed to give correct info when ordering. We offered to ad flag give and give a small discount. I guess him giving a bad review was easier for him. It is not enough for him to write a bad review now trying to get his whole family involved (Nuvia mendez, and Yoya Mendez) by writing multiple reviews because they have nothing better to do then harass people. All of this because he cannot accept the fact that he was wrong ,on checking all proofs and invoice that was sent out. Our staff is completely professional and always have been for the past 18 years. Its just sad that people who want things for free and dont get it can try and ruin someones reputation.
