This was the first event App I actually used because it actually was easy to use, had all of the information at my fingertip, I could save the information easily, I actually was able to make appointments with people before and during the meeting and connect with them.

Excellent APP. Where were you all these years that I downloaded Apps that were useless! Also hate to use 3 different Apps for the same meeting (one from the organizer, one from the vendor that I work for and another social media App to make connections). Whova does it all in one.

I really liked using the Whova app! It made things so much easier when it came to navigating the event and staying organized. Having everything in one place—the agenda, speaker details, networking options, and updates—definitely made a big difference. I’ve been to events before where I was constantly switching between different platforms or trying to keep track of things manually, and this app eliminated a lot of that stress.

That said, being fully engaged in the event while keeping up with everything happening in the app was a little overwhelming at times. There was an option to purchase a paper program. I opted out of that. There’s so much information coming at you all at once, and it took me a minute to figure out the best way to manage it.

One of my favorite features was the networking section. It’s not always easy to make meaningful connections at events, but Whova made it happen in one place. I liked being able to see who else was attending, send messages, and even set up meetups directly through the app. The live Q&A and polling features were also a nice touch—as a speaker I started several feeds to attract attendees.

Overall, I think Whova is a solid tool for anyone attending a conference or large event. It helped me stay organized, grow the attendance for my session and feel more in control of my schedule. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you figure out the flow, it really enhances the whole event experience. Highly recommend that WHOVA HIRE me as a Brand ambassador please!!

Whova is a great tool for conferences. I love especially the Agenda piece, so you can look at a glance where the break out rooms are and if there has been any changes to the agenda. It is also great for networking.

The Whova app made my conference experience more meaningful. The ease of use and having the ability to engage with the Attendees, Speakers, and Peers was exceptional. I will recommend this app to anyone attending any type of event. It provided a great user experience. We were allowed to start interacting before arrival to the event. Virtually meeting before we even got there was awesome! We connected and set up outings for our evenings and I think this app allowed us to both concentrate on why we were there and enjoy our off-time with the meet-ups and outings. This app helped Create maximum enjoyment and meaningful connections.

I really like the Whova app. This is my third time using the app. It made my conference experience enjoyable. I love to engage with the other conference attendees and participate in the different polls and answering questions as well as the speakers. It also gives you the opportunity to meet and network with new attendees. It gives you a chance to compete with other attendees to see who has the most engagement using the app and be on the leaderboard. If you have breakout sessions, you can see the different sessions you have chosen and what it is about and then do a survey on the speaker. You also get announcements from the organizers so you can keep up with what is going on during the conference. You can also post photos which gives you an opportunity to show other attendees what you have seen, and you can see what the other attendees have seen too. I recommend this app to any conference that wants to be able to have their attendees engage with the other attendees as well as the speakers and organizers and make it a great experience.

I have been attending the Together We Can Conference in Lafayette, LA and the National CASA Conference for years. I have been using the Whova app since 2020. That is when it first was used by the conferences. There are so many things you can do on this one app.

I love this app! You can connect and network with so many people! You can connect by your home location, your profession, with stakeholders, by the college you attended, your personal interests, and many other ways. It is a great way to network with like-minded people who are there for the same reason. In our case, it has always been the well-being of children.

I also love the different activities that are on the app - making or joining meet-ups, sharing photos, answering polls, adding questions for your upcoming sessions, learning about speakers, and so much more. One great thing is the documents for your sessions are right on the app, and there is a place to put notes while you are in your sessions.

I definitely recommend this app for any type of conference!
