Bill has been outstanding from start to finish, going above and beyond on expectations. I have worked with many great broker: Bill is absolutely the best from start to finish. Came super prepared to the initial discussion with a very down to earth, no nonsense approach. Throughout the process he was super honest and transparent on where we stood, constantly having our best interest in mind. Bill and Letticia were both very professional and extremely helpful with getting me into a new home. Without their help and their drive I feel I would still searching for a home. Both were very responsive to emails/phone calls/text and answered any questions I had. They would go out of there way to find information for me.
