We got married here in the fall and experienced a few ups and downs along the way.

Pros:
- Stunning Venue: The venue’s beauty and views completely captured us from the moment we saw it. Our guests were “wowed” too.

- All-Inclusive Convenience: The venue offers an all-in-one package, which includes catering, floral arrangements, staff, day-of coordination, a DJ, and more. This was convenient and helped simplify the planning process.

- Caring Staff: The team genuinely cared about making our day special. Our coordinator checked in with us multiple times during the reception to ensure everything was going smoothly with the food and timeline.

Cons:
- Staff Turnover: The high turnover rate among staff created some communication challenges. There were several instances where one staff member gave us one piece of information, and another would tell us something different. This caused some stress as we tried to navigate all the inconsistencies.

- Unresponsive DJ: Our DJ, Justin, was fantastic on the day of the wedding! However, he was unresponsive to emails in the weeks leading up to the event. It was frustrating when trying to finalize details and made the planning process more stressful.

- Insufficient Appetizers: Despite our coordinator’s assurance that there would be plenty of appetizers and that some would be set aside for us, we didn’t receive any, and many of our guests were left without as well.

- Lack of Photo Guidance: Our coordinator had promised to guide guests to take photos with us during cocktail hour, but this didn’t happen. Our photographer had to step in and call out guests' names to get the pictures we wanted.

- Lost Decor: Some of our reserved decor was misplaced after the wedding. While not a major issue, it was still disappointing to see items like the reserved signs missing.

Overall: Despite the challenges, we would still choose to get married here again. The venue has so much potential, and with better communication and attention to detail, the process could be much smoother. We’d recommend making sure every detail is confirmed in writing and double-checking everything with the staff to avoid any surprises.

As a wedding photographer, getting the chance to work at the Willow Heights Mansion was one the best experiences as a wedding vendor.

The entire WHM team was absolutely incredible, especially Mary! She helped plan and coordinate the entire wedding day, and was there for anything myself or my assistant needed. She was so accommodating and made sure to have dinner plates ready for us upstairs once the guests started being fed. It not only helped the wedding day flow easier so the photo/video team could get straight back to working and capturing events, but gave me so much respect for Mary and this venue.

It was an honor to be a vendor at the Willow Heights Mansion, and I would love to come back!

The road there is a twisty turn affair. It's super easy to find. Parking is easily accommodated about 50+ cars. The event outside is beautiful with a bar area indoors and the dinning/ dance floor area is on the upper level.

I'm a professional wedding photographer and I loved every single detail of this venue when I photographed/filmed a wedding here. Definitely an amazing venue. Literally from inside out everything looks beautiful. For who is looking for a Mansion type venue, this place is one of the best options in the Area. And what makes it even more perfect is that the staff is amazing to work with!!

My best friend got married here last weekend and what a great venue. The views were amazing and the venue did a great job of social distancing tables/guests. They had the dance floor outside in front of the fountain so everyone was able to be outside. Also want to give props to the wedding planner who probably wasn't very happy at the end of our night, but she was a total boss and had everything taken care for my friend and his wife.

This place was absolutely beautiful. I came here for a wedding and the staff here was very accommodating. It started off sunny but then began to rain but everyone there was ready with umbrellas and such. I would love to come back here again, it was just such a gorgeous property. I wish it hadn't started raining so we could take photos outside too!
