My experience with Window Décor & More was great. They were prompt in coming out to my house to look at my window needs and offer suggestions. They brought a lot of samples and even ordered larger samples for the ones that I was looking at. They gave me a quote quickly and then ordered what I needed. As soon as the window treatments were in they called and setup the installation appt. The shutters I choose fit great and look great. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I would definitely recommend this company for your window decor needs. From the time I requested an estimate until my products where completed and installed they have been outstanding. My drapery and shutters are beautiful and the installation is undoubtedly the best. I needed their services after the blinds were installed and they went above and beyond my expectations. David was able to come to our beach condo the same day we called to request an estimate. He had already come and gone by the time his competitor Budget Blinds even returned my call. We had specialized hurricane windows installed but David was able to make a plantation shutter install suggestion that would work with our windows. He had us an estimate within a few hours. Since it was peak beach season David said it could take 6-8 weeks to receive and install the plantation shutters which we expected. We were very please when they called 2 weeks later and said they were ready to install. Installer was on time and installed perfectly.

We did not shop his price as it seemed fair and we felt comfortable that it would be a quality install and product. We were not looking for the cheapest price. We are very happy with their service.

The entire staff were so helpful, patient and accommodating when we ssked questions. We had not searched for window treatments for about 20 years. There are so many quality options. Dave and Margaret took time so that we understood the options as well as pros and cons of each. The installers were very knowledgeable and took time to explain the remotes and allowed us to try them before they left! I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I certainly will . . . the personnel and staff here are absolutely the best I've have dealt with in years. We've had three homes to require shutters and window treatments over the past 8 years of moves. The staff worked with us to get the best product and the beat price anywhere.
