Beautiful monuments and inscriptions, so-so landscaping, and rather depressing feng-shui (the graveyard property drops off at the peak of a hill and ends on a northwestern downslope, though the Virgin shrine does help a bit). In any case, come here to pay homage to demographic spirits that haunt Woodstock -- the dead artist's guild, many of them still wandering these climes in search of the next lover, glass of wine or other addictive experience. Such is the stuff uneasy dreams -- and the town of Woodstock -- are made of.
