A 50+ year old Thomasville bureau needed new hinges for the doors. No one could find any hinges that would work until I contacted Bob Manes. After days of searching he found replacement hinges that fit perfectly and allowed the doors to move precisely as needed. He installed them expertly and established perfect alignment. He restored an heirloom bureau to a “good as new state”. He is a remarkable craftsman and willing to take the time to research and solve the problem.

I presented Bob and Monique with the challenge of repairing two dear antiques which broke and cracked in my move to Tucson AZ. They came and looked at the pieces and suggested the repairs and gave me an estimate. They took the furniture to their shop and repaired them in a timely manner and called me to let me know how the repairs were going. Today they brought the pieces back and they look very good and are much stronger than in many years. Both antiques are around 100 years old so I did not know if they could be repaired. They did it and even fixed more parts than they first anticipated. I hope they last over another 100 years for future generations.
