The best investment a business can make is to invest in having a focused brand. Pia gives you a no BS strategy to becoming a brand that has laser focus. After reading her book and spending time applying what she taught, I found my niche and price point strategy. Superb Brandshrink with Pia and Steve. They have a way of being able to drill down to the key points of what you have to offer (and what you like to offer). I have put in place the advice from the Brandshrink and have already reaped the rewards as the value of my service and my brand message is now so clear.
