This is a great little stand at the Sherman Oaks mall. The products are good, and the employees are all fantastic. I wasn’t especially happy with my lower cost screen protector, because it cracked very easily. But I brought it back, got a reasonably-priced upgrade, and the young man working there was so polite and helpful. Recommend!

Such a complete and quick visit. The kiosk is easy to find on the main mall route. The service person, Mark, was pleasant and knowledgeable. In five minutes, he carefully replaced my cracked screen protector, And did a detailed cleaning of all the little slots and holes of the iPhone. Everything looks shiny and good. Great experience.

Excellent, efficient, and friendly service. My phone is 6+ years old and I definitely have a tendency to drop it so I’ve had the screen protector replaced maybe 4 times at this point (which I still consider to be excellent value and a great product) and my experience has been consistently positive every time.

I’d been having ZAGG replace my iPhone protectors for years when I’d get them completely free from Best Buy. Since my phone is an 8+, BB doesn’t carry them anymore. ZAGG was willing to send me a free one but was going to charge $10 for S&H. So I decided not to do it since I was probably going to buy a new phone While at Fashion Square looking for a birthday present for my wife today, I impulsively asked if the ZAGG vendor would replace my screen protector for what ZAGG was going to charge me. She told me it had gone up to $12. I said, “Yes, please replace”. She did it with ease and I was happily on my way.

UPDATE: I discovered that the screen protector was installed crooked. Brought it back today, 1/22/25 and the young man behind the counter replaced it at no charge after he (properly) consulted with his manager. Happy again❣️

Excellent service, really impressed with Zagg’s lifetime warranty, wow. I didn’t even need to show my receipt, they know Zagg quality and will honor replacing their product for a minor $12 fee. I was in and out in only a few minutes and my phone is like new again. Thanks so much, I won’t buy any other screen protector again!
