Part of my order was perfect, but one part was awful. The quality was unaaceptable because the image was very blurry. Still trying to get my account credited. Dazzle is impossible to reach. I don’t know what happened to their former quality merchandise, but it appears non-existent now.

I’m very disappointed with Zazzle’s customer service. They cancelled part of my order without contacting me first. My shipment arrived with part of it missing. There was not a phone number or email on the shipping order regarding questions or concerns regarding my order. I finally found a phone number to call. No one wanted to talk to me. They hid behind the veil of email with reasoning rather than calling to discuss. This may be my last order with them.

Just to update this review. Zazzle did follow up with me, offered more of an explanation, listened to me and agreed to fill the order. Although I had to resubmit my order, it was completed and forwarded to me in a prompt manner.

I recently did a search on the Zazzle site for "prayer sympathy cards laminated". I found a product I liked that was called "Laminated Eucalyptus Photo Memorial Prayer Card" on the search result. I ordered 100 of these cards. When they arrived I was surprised to see they weren't laminated. It turns out, this card comes in 12 paper options. Only one of them, the Premium Silk one, is laminated. The shopper would have to scrutinize the paper choices in order to realize that, in reality, 11 out of 12 of the versions of this card are not laminated. Quite a bait and switch. I tried to write a review about this on the Zazzle site. After completing my review and entering it, my review failed to show up on their page. Somehow this product has all 5 star reviews. I can't believe I am the only one who wrote a negative review about the lamination deception.

Dear zazzle financial team

I suppose to recieve money today , but it is canceled , i don't know the reason of cancelling the payment , Knowing that the w8ben form is already submetting and every thing is correct in payment settings

I have another note regarding the live chat, which is useless because it is a chat via a robot, unlike previous years where it was a live chat with real people. So I hope you can help me solve the payment problem.

Ordered invites and envelopes and paid extra for quicker delivery. I received the invites without the envelopes. I called at least 5 times and each time was told it would be done “ by the end of the week.” Meanwhile 5 weeks later I was forced to mail the invites in plain envelopes because there was only 4 weeks left before my very big event. Zazzle offered to return my money - wow return my money for something that I never got! I eventually was sent the now useless envelopes- not in a box but a flimsy cardboar envelope which came damaged. I would never use this company again. Worst on line service I have had ever.

Don't order! Just don't risk it. Would have given a 0 if I could. They screw it up and then refuse to make it right. Ordered cards and paid expedited to get them fast because I needed them ASAP. They sent me someone else's order. Completely different state and person. Then they refused to re-print/ship same day. They offered a partial refund and no guarantee when I'd get the replacement. Told them if they can't get them to me same or next day then a full refund was expected. They refused. Had they printed/shipped same day or fully refunded, I would have considered they made things right. They didn't, so now everyone needs to know they are sloppy and won't even try to fix. When a customer suffers for your incompetence, you don't make them pay for it.

Created my custom order and I received my delivery early. However I was sent the wrong product. Similar but not what we wanted. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of what I had received. Within a few hours I was notified that my replacement order would be arriving in a few days. It did and they were lots better than we expected. They gave me the choice of a refund or replacement and we wanted the item badly enough to give them another chance. Glad we did. Customer service was so easy to work with and no hassles getting my order fixed. Will definitely use them again!
