There's something special happening in San Clemente through Zion Church. Pastor Jon and Tayren are incredible people and leaders. They genuinely want others to find Jesus and a feeling of family. Zion Church is un-apologetically passionate about making God's presence, in everything, the priority. What an honor it is to be at Zion Church, where the one desire is for you to encounter Jesus. Pastor John truly cares about the city of San Clemente and has deep desires to bring revival to this city! From the moment you arrive at Zion, you are treated and welcomed in like family. It is a community centered around encountering God’s presence. From the main service all the way to Zion kids, their passion for seeing lives transformed by the gospel is evident in all they do. Pastors Jon and Tayren are incredible examples of what it looks like to live and love like Jesus. Being a part of this community is the sweetest gift!!

Zion Church really knows how to love well. They truly care about people and pour out the love of Jesus. My husband and I have experienced it first hand, and are not only thankful to be part of this Church, but to also bring up our little boy in the kids ministry here!

Currently meeting outdoors at the San Clemente outlet mall parking lot. We visited in September 2021. It’s a slightly charismatic slightly prophetic church with friendly people. Bring your own chair, but they do have some if you forget. Band was incredible musically though songs were a bit thin on doctrine on this particular Sunday. Teaching focus seems to be on having a real relationship with God. Don’t expect verse by verse preaching.

Everyone at Zion is so genuine. I can't imagine how many moving parts go into starting up a brand new church, but everyone I come into contact with is so down to earth and ready to serve one another. I can't get enough of this place because of how passionate everyone is about Jesus and their relationship with him. Zion is a must go!
