I sent them my card design and the print was micro Small. They did not even think to call me and find out if that is OK even though they knew it did not look right when I called them to ask them why did they print my business cards with the print so small, they act like they did not care and is not willing to work with you or tell you if there is something wrong with your cards So beware because they are not customer centric.

I was refereed to this company by my pastor from the church I attend and I trusted them to do my company bus wrap. I am very dissatisfied with the communication and the lack of integrity here. I received an initial that was fair but i had to find my own graphics designer and they quoted me under $3,000.00 when I could not find a designer I reached back out and I asked for a quote for just a white wrap on top of my bus. It took them 4 months to respond to me with a second quote which was well over $5,500.00. I felt like they weee trying to brush me off or just didn’t care to business with me because it has never taken over 4 month for a simple quote. I heard great things about this company but it wasn’t until I gave them a consideration that I became greatly disappointed. And I do not refer anyone to do business with them because they did not take me seriously and I would not expect them to take anyone else seriously based on the way they treated me. Because I was simply waiting on a quote for 4 months they have delayed the process and growth of my business and I am very

Zip2Print worked with me on custom sticker sheets, and they chose to adapt to what I needed despite my tight deadline. It was a last minute holiday job, and Frank helped me in a pinch. The sticker sheets' adhesive was more than enough for applying to glass, the printing was sharp, and the colors were great. I'm super grateful for their help, and I look forward to working with them again.

I would give this place not even a one star. I went to their store. I talk to jose about getting business cards he gave me a price i was happy with. I told jose lets move forward with doing the cards. He told me he would have a layout for me to see and go forward from their. Jose told me he would email it to me. I never received nothing from him. I called jose many times it was always an excuse. A month pass by I totally gave up. It’s sad because i wanted to give a small business a chance.
