It is poor quality as far as the print goes. I ordered here for a faster turn around time on shipping, but it was not worth it at all. Here is a comparison image from zug (in the bag) to the last company I used (though they took over a month to ship)

Absolutely loved my experience at this sticker decal store! I walked in and had a few questions & they didn't hesitate to help ! I ordered a few custom stickers, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The quality is outstanding—vibrant colors and a sturdy feel. Found ZugMonster by chance and rolled the dice not knowing their product or brand. I try to put quality into my custom knives and feel that #TeamZug hits the mark! Update to review: after I left my review I was told to reach out to customer service and I did. They did help me out with reprinting and sending out the new magnets i do appreciate good customer service unfortunately I was still not impressed. The colors do stand out more but still looks very grainy which is unfortunate because I have ordered some uv raised stickers that came out amazing I will provide pictures of the new that is on the left side with the old. But I will add another star for there good customer service. Also will provide a picture to show I still have all the old magnets as well.

I ordered a sign for my arcade using my logo and OMG! It turned out perfectly! So, I thought my Popeye pin could use a topper and uploaded a decent Popeye image and THAT came out amazing as well! People pay hundreds for pinball toppers (the new Godzilla topper is $1000), but mine was under $40!! Great communication throughout the entire process. Delivery is pretty fast too. I’ll be concocting toppers for some of my other arcade games soon!!

I have ordered a lot of stickers and other products from ZugMonster and they have been great. Just have to be patient during promotional offers. As shown in the photo the UV Raised Spot Stickers are great and I always get great feedback on them when sending to customers with orders.

I ordered some stickers as a gift to have shipped to my friend who was very impressed the the quality and gift. I do prefer the matte finish over glossy. Zug Monster put a gift message with the order. They sent me notification when it was shipped, out for delivery and delivered. Excellent product and service = 5 STARS in my book. If you’ve ever heard the statement you get what you pay for this company is a perfect example of that. Yes the stickers are cheap but with that you are sacrificing the quality of the stickers. I’ve had multiple orders where the stickers were covered in water marks, residue and other markings that made the stickers unable to be sold. The told me they quality check them beforehand but I don’t see how that’s possible given how they looked when I received them. If you are looking for cheap and quality isn’t a priority, this isn’t a bad option but I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of my stickers. Will not be ordering from again.
