Was towing a trailer back up to Washington State when my low voltage/alternator lights came on and stayed on. I watch as my battery meter slowly read lower and lower voltage as I limped my truck north. When the radio shut off I had gotten my truck as far north as Anderson, CA. It was a Sunday so I got a room for the night and called the shop in the morning expecting there to be a simple alternator replacement, maybe a battery as well.

Once the truck was towed to the shop they got started on it right away and I started getting suspicious that something was wrong. Sure enough Tony, the service manager, came out and told me that my battery and alternator had checked out ok and there was no power going between my alternator and computer. The problem was either the wire coming from the alternator or (gulp) a back computer.

After a grand total of three hours of diagnostic testing and repair they had cleared my alternator and batteries and traced through the various wires. The tech (Brian I believe) identified a bad connection to ground (the bolt holding the wire was incredibly corroded) and a bad wire going to the computer.

Now I'm 75 miles up the road at a rest stop and I can confirm that everything is working properly. Thanks Tony for getting me in, Brian for having the skill to identify the issues, and Nova for keeping me company while I waited for the good news.

I love this shop so very much! I have worked with them for over 3 years now, and every single interaction has been satisfactory. They are quick with services and always put their customers first. I feel like I’m walking into a business owned by my own family. Tony is a phenomenal person to work with, and his team (especially Taryn and Grant) are top tier. I suggest giving them a visit if you're in the market to get your vehicle serviced. I doubt you'll be anything but completely satisfied. 🙂

Came in to this place with a sidewall blowout he was so concerned that he was kind enough to find me a used tire and only charged me for the labor to put it on. They were so friendly and professional and he renewed my faith in my hometown community and reminded me of why I'm still here. Friendly and personable, and easy to get to. My tire problem was explained and shown to me, a repair attempt made, but I needed a new tire. The replacement tire arrived quickly and was as priced. I will definitely return.

10/2024 - time for a new tire, and once again the service was affordable, friendly and quick. I will be back when it's time to replace the others!

I accompanied an elderly friend of mine, to go down and pay his bill. A man named Tony, (who I'm not sure if he is the owner or the manager in charge,) tended to my friend, showed much more than appreciation, but also compassion and concern for my elderly friend, at the same time worked with him on what he could afford to pay.
In the world today, you do NOT find people like Tony, who is not out to just make a quick buck and rush to the next customer. Especially with the work he does. You just don't see people like this anymore.
