I bought my used washer and dryer here 5 years ago at a great price, with installation and a warranty for free diagnosis if anything ever happened in the lifetime of the appliances. This week the dryer stopped turning on. They came out on the same day that I called, late in the day even! They quickly diagnosed a broken switch and had it replaced in maybe twenty minutes. Best part was that I was able to watch and learn how to do some maintenance myself. I only had to pay for the part and service time. Great company!

Excellent service. Wow, Best customer service. I've had in a long, long time. One day, service fixed our appliance, fixed our wash machine for my mom and dad nicest people very courteous, very professional, very nice.Just great service and very reasonable priced!!!! Can't say enough good things about Nathan, Hailey and Eric. They helped me with replacing my old and broken washing machine with a newer Amana commercial grade washer and matching dryer. Had a minor hiccup with the washer sucking a paperclip into the pump and seizing it. Called Nathan and he got the replacement pump and belt ordered & Hailey installed the parts. Has been working flawlessly and couldn't be happier with their prompt customer service and helpfulness. Truly a great group of people!

I have had 2 excellent experiences with this company. My refrigerator stopped working on Sunday Labor Day Weekend. I didn't expect a call back until Tuesday but Nate got back to me within the hour. Not only did he talk me through what he thought the problem may be on his day off over the phone and showed me how to fix it, he came out later and finished the wires which was something I was unable to do. He saved me from buying a whole new refrigerator with his quick response. His daughter was an expert in fixing the wire problem. Thank you both for your help.

Just purchased a washer an dryer about an hour ago- already installed!!
When I went in I wasn’t sure if I should buy gas or electric, and because I live near by, Eric offered to come check and see. After purchasing, both Nathan and Eric came by and installed it. Very kind and helpful staff. I think Bethany helped me pick out which washer and dryer better suited by needs, also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out!
