Limited selection of sandals in kids sizes.....the brand for kids is very narrow. Staff were good at asking if we needed help. Found what we needed....Crocs were a little pricey compared to back to school prices.

Usually, I have no problem with being helped. Today, an employee was just standing there talking to somebody (NOT helping) I asked for help and she said she'd be right there. I then hear her start helping others (next aisle over) Ummm HELLO! I finally found a pole and pulled a box from the highest part myself! Not only did the employee NOT come over to help me, she then went straight up the the register! Very bad customer service.
(Short reddish hair) She definitely needs better training.

I came in today and brought my son who is 4 and Autistic & nonverbal he is obsessed with numbers so when he seen the shoe number chart on the floor he became obsessed and when it was time to leave he had a melt down it became hard to hold the shoes and try to calm him & then the cashier by the name Nacho heard and came over and asked if I needed help and brought my things to the front. he was very kind when I explained the situation and let my son press the numbers on the credit card thing while I finished my transaction. It was extremely nice and made me feel like he genuinely cared about the customers! It’s not all the time I see treatment like that being the mom of children with special needs!! I will absolutely be back!

I have only shopped in the one in Santa Rosa but they had a nice variety and good sales and large sizes for women like, 11 and 12 which is hard to find.

Right when I got there the lady told me she was closing to take her lunch, it was rainy and I had packed both of my kids with me. I had even told her, I already know which ones I want and she’s like unless you can be in and out of here in 5 mins I can’t. I was pretty upset. Do they not have enough people to keep the store running while one person takes a lunch? Not to mention there were a more customers that came right after me to be denied as well.
