The GUESS brand is great. Huge fan. It always fits like a glove. They tapper their sides to fit wide shoulders & a narrow waist unlike Ralph or Tommy where everything hangs like a box with too much side fabric. The products last several washes & there's always something of style to purchase from GUESS, jeans or tops. This location is bigger than some others, but the Carlsbad Outlet location has a friendlier, fuller & more helpful staff.

I'm surprised how patient their staff is. I bought 18 shirts, 2 button ups, a blazer, 4 pairs of jeans, shoes... and I tried them all on in the dressing room. Which is a lot to try on.. every time I came out of the dressing room, the previous clothes I tried on were all neatly folded in a pile. The staff was nice enough to find different sizes for me when I found something I liked, but didn't fit (too long, etc). They also gave me honest feedback on a few of the things I tried on that I was on the fence about. But anyways, definitely go here on buy one get one half off days.. spent like $875 on all of that, which is quite the bargain. I originally came in for one outfit to wear and ended up with more than I planned to get lol. I wish they had more mens jeans and shoes like the guess store in Anthem.

Poor customer service. I didn't know that we are not allowed to use the cell phones inside and got told not to take pictures then the employee stated that his manager told him to tell me like she couldn't tell me instead...there wont be a next time ill just swing at them i felt mad and feel like she owed an apology like a small thing can get big like that

I went to purchase there today and a young lady name Ashley gave us a promotion that the store was running. I was purchasing some items and Alex was my cashier and wouldn’t give me the promotion discounted price. When does out and when we asked for the difference he stated that that was the price. I came back with my daughter she spoke to the manager Myi And she apologized and refund the difference. I felt that Alex was taking a vantage because I asked for the correct price and his response was that’s what we charge.

Good customer service. Fitting room service is fast, efficient with great smiles and helpful hands. The inventory and variety is crazy and the clothing is cute. As far as quality, we feel it's very good. Never had to take anything back for any reason. Enjoyable shopping experience each time. ?

I had a great experience at this store as I shop at Guess oftenly. Everyone was very accommodating as I was looking for an outfit for a date I have this weekend. Alex in particular was very helpful and helped me find the perfect dress and shoes to go with it. I will definitely be coming back soon!! 🙂
