They are a scam. They will send you very poor quality revisions to continue to lure you in. However they are 1000% scammers. I requested my refund after a few months of very bad illustration and their contact phone numbers were no longer in service, each email address I contact wasn’t replying back and every time I contact the main number from the website they played stupid and said the person who was helping me is longer with the company and they apologize.

Also, the photos they would send me with “their drawings” had no correlation to my story. My story was about a Christmas night and I received summer photos.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered 100 books, paid upfront, and 6 months later they have only delivered 30. They continue to lie, saying that the shipment was lost by UPS, or that the book run was imperfect and needs to be reprinted. Do not waste your time, energy or money with this company.

I’ve been in production for over a year. Finally got my illustrations and book how I wanted them. I even got several copies and told I got a Barnes & Nobles deal. Sent them $3200+ to mass produce the book for the company and they have now disappeared. Oh and of course no actual Barnes and Nobles deal. All I want at this point are my illustrations. Please don’t get scammed.

I have been using them since June of 2023 for illustrations. The contract said 6 months but the process is going on as of date. Every time I edit and send them a version, they fix that and then end up with an error some place else as they do not keep track of the most recent version. As someone before me has experienced, I originally had Ross as the manager but now I have May, who is hard to understand. She does not proof read the work before sending it back to me. Every time she sends the formatted version, there is an error and it takes one whole week to fix a single error. I am on a formatted version for the 5th time now and still waiting.. Do not use them!

I am going to continue my review of Illustration Experts 2 months after my first review. I called Jason Osborn (he is the person that signed me up) from Illustration experts a week after I wrote my first review. I had some difficulty getting to him or Benjamin (another person who the calls go to if you call Illustration Experts) but Jason finally picked up the call. I mentioned to him that I had very few edits to be done and May could at least give me an editable file that I could edit myself. The formatted version she had sent me was totally not editable even when converted to a pdf. His answer was "did you give a review about May? She wants you to remove it and only then will be able to help you out". I told him I would edit my comments and if the job was done, I certainly would write that in my review. He said he would get back to me and that was the last talk I had with him. After this, I left several voice messages and texted him and Benjamin, but both of them did not respond. I now have to decide the best course for my book and I will find a way I am sure. Hope this review is helpful.

These guys are in Pakistan but are misleading the American public in claiming that they are based in California.

They are some lying crooks and they're very horrible at what they do. If you love yourself, care for your hard earned money, do not even bother wasting it on their services.

I guarantee you they will trick you and will do a very sloppy work, with knowledge and impunity that they are insensible and untouchable in Pakistan.

Plus, note that although they are from Pakistan, they all assumed deep western names to fool consumers.

They do not even deserve one star and it they had any indication for zero star, I would have selected it.

They took the time to comprehend the plot, the tone, and the characters, and the result was a book cover that not only stood out on the shelves but also had a strong emotional connection to the subject matter. They are unrivalled in their capacity to combine artistic vision with a business sensibility.

I ended up not hiring them because they have what appear to be primarily fake positive reviews, and the few that are real, are negative. They also seemed very desperate to receive any amount of payment as quickly as possible which is a red flag for me, personally. Maybe they’re good, they just didn’t convince me in our interaction. Something is just very odd.

This company thinks they have the right to send me marketing text messages to my phone at 8:30 in the morning. Never done business with them. Have no idea how they have my number. Tried calling them to have my info removed and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone from the actual company. The phone number listed goes to a 3rd party answering service.

Answering service said the manager's name was Jason Osbourne, but could not give me a phone number or an extension to reach him. Not Cool.
