Conveniently located near the 15 fwy off the Lenwood Rd exit by the Arco gas station with drive-thru. I was on a road trip and was craving a shake, so I stopped here.

I actually had a great experience at this location. I ordered a strawberry shake and it was delicious, very satisfying on this hot day.

Shout out to Rosa, she was very friendly and efficient. Quite a few customers walked in at the same time making the place suddenly super busy, but Rosa and her female peer handled the rush very well.

Lobby was closed so I walked to drive through since I wasn't in my car. Then told I couldn't be served through that. So you get to starve if you don't have a car!

Went in and asked for a thick shake and it was perfect. 2 employees working and they were friendly and nice. Store was clean!

Too slow, under-staffed. Not good for folks in a hurry to get somewhere in the morning.

Horrible experience trying to get a simple cup of cappuccino.

Will be buying coffee down the street next time.

Update on 17 March 2019: Still understaffed but a bit faster today. Ryland, the manager, is most pleasant and tries hard to please. Hope they get better and faster.

Update on 14 April 2019: three customers managed to completely overwhelm their three employees. We waited for 5 minutes. No progress. We left. It appears they lack a process to handle any volume beyond 2 guests. Really want to embrace this place since we work nearby, but, we never seem to be able to go get something quick here.

Stood inside for 10 minutes with about 15 other customers(who had been standing waiting longer) One staff member was in back walking around from what we could see and the other took one coffee order, before we arrived, and had to prep everything with no sense of urgency(emptying gallons of milk, cleaning coffee filters, etc.) Which is understandable, but in the 10 minutes we waited neither member greeted guests walking in the door (hello, sorry for the delay) any point of contact would have made it better so at least they recognize you are there.
After the ten minutes most of us waiting just walked out. I would not return to this one again.

Horrible service. The guy filling the orders got mine wrong. When I pointed it out he dumped the incorrect flavor back in the tub, scooped up the correct flavor, slapped it on the counter and walked away without a single word. The ice cream was delicious but I regret spending my money here.

Brand new store that replaced the one in the Barstow Station. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. I was greeted when I entered the store. Store was somewhat busy for 630 am on a weekday. Bathroom could have been cleaner but wasn't disgusting. Over all 4 stars. Managers could easily make this a 5-star location with some work.
